Two Newport Light ads with ladies

I remember trying Newport Lights once years ago when I first started smoking on a daily basis.  They don't taste anything close to a FF Newport.  Even the menthol portion of the taste is different in Newport Lights compared to my FF Newport 100s;' menthol taste.

The original Newport Lights pack looks better than the modern Newport Lights pack.

1963 Chesterfield ad with a Black man

I definitely know Chesterfields dont exist in the modern era.  But this was a popular brand during the 50s and 60s.

I wish I could find out who that is in the ad.  He kinda resembles Ben Vereen, a famous singer of the past.  Ben Vereen also appeared in some Webster episodes.  The 80s TV show with Emmanuel Lewis.   The Black midget boy who actually played Webster...hes still a midget in his adult life.
