Three Benson and Hedges 90s ads
In the mid-late 90s, PM made BH ads with the theme of cigs being portrayed as actual people.
The obvious message in these BH ads is smoking is pleasurable and relaxing. As well as the message of smoking being socially acceptable.
Take note of the BH ad with the Christmas theme. I was actually trying to find some classical cig ads with Santa delivering cartons as Christmas gifts. But I came across these neat ads instead.
Using all-white cigs as "people" makes better sense. Since all-white cigs are better-looking than corked cigs. (I know I smoke Newports, a corked cig. But BHs are my favorite all-whites...MLs USED to be my favorite all whites but not anymore).
