Distinctive colors on pack send "Less harmful cigs" message to customers

Tobacco companies work around new law (which prohibits putting "Light," "Ultra Light" and "Medium" on packs/cartons/ads) by using distinctive pack colors to send the message "This pack of cigs is less harmful than cigs in dark red/dark menthol green packs."
